This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in Long Island! It was our first time and we were so glad we came here to celebrate birthday! Food selection was very good even for vegetarians! Waiter and the whole staff were amazing and provided great service! We are definitely coming back!

We loved this place. The only reason atmosphere got a five is because it was so loud and I am hoh. :-). Service was friendly and so great that we added a 40 percent tip and a note on the receipt. The portions were huge and delicious. We had the veggie burrito , guac and the steak burrito. Topped it off with a margarita, churros and tres leches. Headed back next weekend. I know it is a chain. But I enjoyed the mean as much as any Michelin star restaurant!

Mesita is beyond amazing! The atmosphere is a nice intimate but lively experience. The music isn’t too loud & the lighting is dim enough that you can still see the menu. The tacos always give what they need to give, the drinks are amazing! Wait staff is friendly! They’re clean & accommodating, we love that! Our waiter Aden was great & had an amazing attitude aura about him! We almost always spend more than $$$ when we go but it’s worth it every single time!

Mesita Garden City is our go to Mexican spot. The food and service and atmosphere is excellent. Tonight we had our best experience. Driven by our waitress Liz . She was friendly, efficient, always had a smile. We wish we had service at every restaurant. We highly recommend Mesita.

Amazing food and we’ve been here many times and the service is impeccable. Adam was our server for NYE and did a phenomenal job. With the NYE rush he managed to always smile and still provided a top notch service. Thanks Adam for going above and beyond.

I came here with my family on Mother's Day after a reservation fiasco at another restaurant. Our experience here was so good that I decided to return a few weeks later for a birthday. They were kind enough to accommodate a large group on short notice. We were seated promptly. The host was friendly. We ordered a few Tres Amigos appetizers, and everyone loved them. The food variety was good. The portion was slightly smaller than expected. The fried plantains, crispy wings, and chicken empanadas were a hit. I also highly recommend the made-to-order guac. It is a great snack and well done. For dinner, the steak tacos were a hit. More than one person ordered them and enjoyed them. However, I cannot understate how delicious the Mesita Signature steak was. I ordered it at medium temp, and it was flavorful and juicy. It was a lot. I ended up taking the rest home. I absolutely recommend it.

The Bartender Will was absolutely amazing, he made me the BEST watermelon margarita, 10/10 service, and food! I will definitely be back!!!

Been wanting to come here forever. My mom's bf wanted Mexican so I said let's go here! Food was amazing. Ambiance is amazing. I only wish my son wasn't so picky because I'd honestly probably eat Mexican more lol. He kept asking for pasta :P like no buddy it's not that kind of place. He enjoyed his goldfish we brought.

Had an early dinner here yesterday & it was super. The server Antonio was super nice & his recommendations were spot on. The drinks also had a nice balance & tasted delicious. The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated & they even had table on the outdoor sidewalk area. Loved the food also
